The following are exercises to help you discover your True Will so that you may begin to apply this Will to your daily life.

These exercises have been tried and tested over a long period of time by many schools of thought. The first step is very simple, but is most important.

Take time each day for reflection. Begin keeping a journal. IUse as much detail as you can about how you feel mentaly,  physically, and what the weather is like. Keep a record of your dreams and events in your daily life. Reviewing these events can help you have a better picture of what your True Will want's for you.

Ask yourself:                                                                            How do I fit into the universe? What is my place within the whole?"

What interest, passion or desire are you most afraid of admitting to yourself and others?

What do you love about yourself? What do you dislike about yourself?

How could you make the world a better place for yourself and others?

What's stopping you from moving forward with exploring your passion?

It’s fine to ask what we want for our self ; A more powerful question would be, “What does life want from me?”

Include an affirmation of what you believe your Will to be. The magick of our Will comes in the form of thought first.

Ask yourself; Is this my Will, or is this conditioned thinking? What is it you really want? (What is your True Will?)

By formally making up your mind, you take the first step in discovering what your Will is. And by this method you take Action in the right direction.

Put your statement of Will ( your most urgent desire) into a single sentence that states your Will as you  now conceive it,  (what it is you seek to accomplish).

Your statement should give  expression to a single purpose, as clear and concise as you can. You might begin your statement: It is my Will……

If your ultimate goal is a long range project, that includes several intermediate steps, begin by directing your statement of Will to the logical first step, while keeping in mind the final goal.

As soon as the first step has been accomplished successfully, begin applying your practice to the next logical step.

Until your purpose,( your Will) is stated by your specific statement of intent you are simply wasting time and energy.

Provided that your desire, ( your Will) is in accordance with the laws of Life, Light ,Love and Liberty, you can be whatever you want to be, do whatever you want to do, and have whatever you want to have. But, you must set in order what your Will is with Action .

You can be, do and have whatever you Will, because the mental and emotional state expressed by this verb (Will) enables you to put your desire into specific imagery. Since imagery is so important in achieving any goal, try and imagine yourself doing or having whatever it is you want. You may even want to draw a picture, using  as much detail as you can.

Remember the  clearer the image of what you want is, the more likely you will achieve it.

True Will is sharply defined. A clear mental image tends to materialize itself as an actual condition or event.

There are many methods to help discern the direction your Will would have you go. Just to mention a few.  Astrology, Dream analisis, meditaton, and the Tarot. All  these will be a topic of discussion in the future.
